When you hire our full service you will get a drone pilot together with a Creativity Manager that will work for you in your event since the beginning.
We will work together as a team ensuring the best video and pictures shooting depending on the location.
We will deliver you all the original files in a digital format. Also you will get a finished & edited video in the format that you need such as social networks, TV and others in High Definition (FULL HD) or Ultra High Definition (4K)

PROCESS
D-DRONES – FULL SERVICE
- If you use our Full Service for aerial photography and video, you will have to make an advance payment to reserve us, the deposit will be reimbursed in case the event is cancelled, according to our cancellation policy.
- After that we will contact you to agree on date, time and location where the event will take place, as well as the specifications you need on the work.
- When needed, we will need to have a visual inspection of the location prior to the event to ensure the best safety conditions for the pictures and videos.
- Once the work is done we will give you the finished video within 24 to 48 hours in a digital format based on your specifications with full rights on the material. You will also get all the files in a digital format.
- You will have to complete your payment for the total amount agreed previously in your quote, after that we will deliver everything to your complete satisfaction.
